Application

1. Pall filter element shall be installed at the oil suction port of the pump:

The oil suction circuit of the pump is generally equipped with a surface-type oil filter to filter out the larger impurity particles to protect the hydraulic pump. In addition, the filter capacity of the oil filter should be more than twice the pump flow, and the pressure loss is less than 0.02mpa.

2. Pall filter element is installed on the outlet oil circuit of the pump:

The purpose of installing an oil filter here is to remove contaminants that may invade components such as valves.Its filtration accuracy should be 10 ~ 15 m, and can withstand oil line pressure and impact pressure, pressure drop should be less than 0.35mpa.The relief valve prevents the oil filter from blocking.

3. Pall filter element is installed on the oil return circuit of the system: this installation plays an indirect filtering role.Generally, a back pressure valve is installed together with the filter. When the filter reaches a certain pressure value, the back pressure valve will be opened.

4. Pall filter element is installed on the system branch oil circuit.

5. Separate filtration system for pall filter element: a hydraulic pump and oil filter can be set up in a large hydraulic system to form an independent filtration circuit.

6. In the hydraulic system of pall filter element, in addition to the oil filter required by the whole system, a special fine oil filter is often installed in front of some important components (such as servo valve, precision throttle valve, etc.) to ensure their normal operation.
