Filter Media
The media that we offer in the replacement of Indufil TMR-S-700-API-PF010-V is uniform in shape and smaller than the fibers found in paper elements. The result is a filter element that has more fibers per square millimeter and reduces the amount of particulate capable of passing through the filter by 99.9%. Additionally, the structure of a microglass filter prevents the media from degrading in a way found in paper elements. When you chose a microglass filter, you are making an excellent business decision for your organization.
We offer Standard, Advanced, and Ultra High Efficiency Filters to best meet machine and application needs:
1) Standard Efficiency Filters are largely for older machines, where tolerances were more forgiving. Designed to maintain system cleanliness in most general and light duty applications.
2) Advanced Efficiency Filters have increased contamination control without giving up dirt-holding capacity for stricter component and emission requirements in newer machines. It’s an upgrade from standard filters to provide an increased level of protection against accelerated wear with a special filter media to provide greater protection in moderate to severe conditions.
3) Ultra High Efficiency Filters provide optimum contamination control in all applications while still maintaining capacity. The filter’s super-fine synthetic media removes a higher proportion of fine particles for optimum contamination control in moderate and severe applications. Ultra High Efficiency Filters are recommended as a clean-out filter after any service work.
