The gas chamber outlet and compressor inlet air filter connect and suck in working air from the atmosphere under negative pressure. Air pass through the filter cartridges and filter dust is blocked . Numerous small particles of dust on the surface of the filter layer of dust form dust membrane. Dust membrane can cause filtration effect to improve, but also increase the airflow resistance. When the resistance is increased to the upper limit of 600Pa, the resistance from the differential pressure transmitter will give signal to pulse controller of the computer, the computer receive the signal and self-cleaning system start to work. After solenoid valve receiving the instruction, it drive diaphragm according to the procedure, and make diaphragm instantaneous release compressed air at a pressure of 600 ~ 800kPa. After rectifying the nozzle from the cleaning cartridge, the outer surface of the filter dust removed and resistance decreased. When the resistance reaches the initial resistance of the filter ( approximately 150Pa), self-cleaning system will stop working .
