Air filter, valve and lubricator is known as three main components of pneumatic for the pneumatic techniques. In order to become multi-function, these three components always arrange sequentially and known as combination of three pneumatic components. It apply on air filtration , reduce pressure and also provide lubrication.  

The sequences to install these three components sequentially are air filter, valve and follow by lubricator. The combination of three pneumatic components play important roles in the installation of pneumatic system. It install near the gas usage equipment, which is the best quality assurance for the air compression. Its design and installation ensure the good quality and also taking care about the factors such as available space, easy to install, and can make various combination.

Compressed air from the opening valve is introduce to the deflector. There are many leaf shape helical distributed equally on deflector which cause strong rotation when the high speed compressed air is pass by the helical. Mixture of oil and water in the form of liquid and also some large impurities will be separated by the aid of gravity. They will fling to the inner wall of the cup and then flow to the bottom part. After the filtration of large impurities and oil water., it will undergo further filtration to filter smaller solid particles which will give out clean compressed air at the outlet. Flap with umbrella shape make the water cup separate into two parts which is upper and bottom part. The bottom part keep the pressure which can prevent the high rotated airflow suck up the oil water mixture at the bottom. The oil water mixture that settled down at the bottom of the cup will discharge through discharge valve, air filter must make the water cup in vertical and face downward to install.
