Welcome Mr.Shahzaib and Ms.Teng to visit our factory. The first cooperation with the customer is in the early 2011. At that time, the customer placed an order for 3 duplex basket strainer for water filtration. We have cooperated with each other since four years ago. The customer orders our products with different specifications of duplex type strainer every year. This time the customer checked the factory and the products in order to prepare for the big projects in the future. He firstly ensure that we can provide qualified products for his later work. So it is particularly important for this inspection. After two- weeks discussion and negotiation, we determined to have three –day business trip for this Inspection.

On the morning of Dec.20, the customer examined goods from our chamber of commerce members who is the general manager of Kaifeng sky flow meter. Afterwards, they together came to Xinxiang. We have cooperated for more than four years. This is the first time to meet the customer. It is not only a new beginning, but also is the continuation of cooperation. After the customer arrived to Xinxiang, we arranged a hotel for them. After the customer had a rest for 20 minutes, we take them to eat the local food in Xinxiang. In the process of talking with the customer, it taught me: Be friends first, then do business. Only if customers accept you and your company, they will be willing to do business with you. The customer told us his worry and basic situation and the cause of checking goods. He has a Hydroelectric Power Project. This project needs to use a variety of filters, such as hydraulic Filters, water pipeline Filter, Duplex hydraulic Strainer, simplex basket Strainer and so on. He has always no big orders. Because he worried about the quality of our goods and company strength. This inspection is in order to ensure that they will receive the high quality goods. We tell the customer that our company is specializing in producing filter manufacturers. It has a history of nearly 30 years. Each production links have QC to control quality. All products which are checked are qualified products. They can be sent from the factory. The client has dispelled some misgivings through the conversation. The key of making him give up the misgivings is to inspect goods tomorrow.

On the morning of Dec.21, we went to the hotel to meet the customer. We together went to the factory to check goods directly, from parts production and processing (such as: flange, Filter housing, cover, change- over valve) to the assembled process to the finished goods. The customer looked at each process (cutting, lathe processing, welding, assembly). Seeing finished products, he was satisfied with thumbs- up. And he promises to have more and more orders in the future.

Afterwards, we introduced another product which would be exported to Japan to the customer. Simplex Basket Strainer, it is produced according to the Japanese customer request. The products have reached the Japanese standards by Japanese many times test. The Simplex Basket Strainer is installed on the ship. It is mainly used for filtering the hydraulic oil. The most remarkable characteristic is replaced and cleaned the filter under the status of non-stop. We showed the operation to the customer on the spot and told him to be aware of the problems in the process of operation. The customer gave full of praise for the workmanship and degree of precision.

Through examining goods and inspecting factory, the customer cancels his worry before. He feels relieved to place orders. A good product can better service for the customer.
